Seahorse Inn is all about Location, Location, Location. Right on the beach and next to all of Neptune Beaches dining, etc. Perfect location. The property itself is quite old and dated, but just fine. There was a nasty 'cleaning product' smell in the room. Bed was fine. Great for a one or two night stay and extremely convenient for the beach and the restaurants.

Clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful ocean views. Only cons were ice machine hardly ever had any ice in it, and they didn't have any kind of comforter or thick and warm blanket. They did provide me an extra blanket, but I was still a little cold overnight. Everything else was fantastic!

Chaotic front desk experience, ruined trip
Some friends and I booked this for ourselves and our children for an overnight beach trip for spring break. They told my friend that she could stay two nights, but on the morning of the second day they changed their mind and said she had to check out because a very important party was arriving. They had also told me that I could stay until 3pm and pay for a half day. At 12:30pm I got a call when I was on the beach with my children from the hotel front desk saying I need to check out immediately because some other guests were coming. They had changed their minds about letting me stay until 3pm. They then proceeded to ask me every 15 minutes why I was taking so long to pack up. It was a serious inconvenience for us because I was not packed up and was planning to stay for the day. I was not able to spend the day on the beach with my kids as I had planned. I would not recommend this hotel. Very chaotic front desk!
