I came to Novotel as a surprise for my daughters birthday and the staff were so welcoming and nice - they even gave my daughter a surprise birthday cake which she loved! Carpets seemed a little worn out. Otherwise, everything was spic and span. Staff was very enthusiastic. There were a lot of interns in the staff, and they were over eager to learn and please the customers. Highly recommend a stay there. Breakfast spread was outstanding.
