The suite is big, however : - there is no utensils in the kitchen - all the doors make noise - lots of things are broken - heater will leak - heater is way too hot and cannot be modified Not really a 5 stars hotel. Plus…to use the swimming pool, everyone has to pay extra 20 euros to use it …

While the staff was very friendly and tried their very best to communicate, the cleanliness and efficiency wasn’t quite there. Maybe it was the laid back culture, but we had to change rooms after constant communication of our lock not working. Our second room had a plumbing issue that was never addressed. The food overall was delicious and plentiful. The towels weren’t that clean. The front desk woman on staff (forgot her name) was the sweetest and tried her very best to make our stay pleasant, but she wasn’t always around when there was an issue due to scheduling. Our stay was overall ok.

This is no 5 star hotel, more like a polished 3 star and customer service was poor (reception staff were frazzled and slow to respond). The hotel is used for rehabilitation of patients that have recently undergone surgery, we did not mind this but was surprised to see samples being taken out of the breakfast buffet for testing.. our room was nice and clean but the dim lights in the ceiling we were unable to switch off completely (assuming this may have to do with patient safety).Location wise it is convenient for the airport but otherwise not much around in this area, it’s a 20 min taxi ride into the town centre. Breakfast is ok but again was expecting more from a supposed 5 star hotel. Only stayed one night so did not get a chance to use any of the hotel facilities so cannot comment on those, based on the above would not stay in this hotel again
