When I arrived, they had no idea of my booking! It was made through your Apps, it was very difficult to make it with your App and then, I don't know if it was your problem, or from the hotel, but they didn't receive the information. Luckily, they had rooms available, but you should check what's wrong.
Same thing as my last stay there two months ago. The picture you show, very misleading! Nothing to do with the present conditions. Terrible view from the room, so the curtains must remain closed and the room is very dark.
Although they offer WiFi, their connection is terrible. The only thing that saves this hotel is the location and friendliness of the staff. But paying $50 usd is too much for this poor service.
