My husband and I stayed here for 1 night as we were given the recommendation to stay on south beach and this hotel was reasonably priced. I got to the hotel around 2pm and they said my room wasn’t ready but i could do the check in process and get my key when I returned and they would hold our bags for us. When my husband and I returned around 9:30pm they could not locate our bags. They said to check our room as they were likely there. The bags were not in our room. They finally found them in a 3rd storage room. When we got settled into our room we could not find the tv remote and called the e front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Overall the hotel was okay but these two inconveniences were frustrating.

Our stay was good overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although the air conditioning vents were quite noisy. Unfortunately, only one elevator was operational during our stay, and since it was also used by housekeeping, there were sometimes long waits to get to our room. The housekeeping staff were lovely and did a great job, but the front desk team could have been friendlier and more helpful. The location is fantastic and is definitely one of the hotel's biggest strengths. However, considering the layout, limited amenities, and some maintenance issues, it feels like a stretch to rate this property as a four-star hotel.
