Upon arrival for my pre booked and paid for my 5 day 4 night stay, I was informed that the hotel was not taking any clients as the hot water and Wi-Fi were not working and that Expedia had been notified immediately upon receiving notification. At no stage was I notified and had to find alternative accommodation. I now request my payment made to Expedia be refunded.
