I really enjoyed staying at this hotel despite being skeptical at first. The rooms are big, spacious and most importantly very clean. The beds and bedsheets are super comfortable so that was a plus! While the hotel is old it seems to be properly maintained and the staff are very very friendly. Breakfast choices are limited but they offer different types to basically suit all customers. If you are looking for a hotel close by to the airport this is in my opinion the best option in terms of value by far I've previously stayed at the Novotel hotel next to the airport and the rooms were depressing, dirty and smelled like an ashtray. Also the amenities provided are fantastic! Loofahs, body lotion, conditioner, slippers, blow dryer - you name it!

Wanted to stay at a nice hotel for our last night in Egypt. Lobby and restaurant were nice, staff were friendly. The room was clean but found bed bugs in the one bed. The front desk did not offer to change our rooms or do a cleaning. Would not stay here again.
