A little over rated - may be..
It was ok.. the staff in the restaurant needs more training.. since i visited just before the start of Ramadan and had some days of Ramadan stayed as well, i was surprised to see that drinking water was not available during sahoor and some times in iftar though the meals were covered in the booking.. no tea or coffee either.. the coffee machines were switched off..

A/C is a joke
first of all they give a room with no A/C in cold mode. I complain and they said the floor that you stay in all A/Cs are in hot mode only!! then they change the room and also the A/C in hot mode only !! and I complain about it and they offer to me to change the room because also the new floor don’t have the Cold mode in AC. The room is old as 2002 .

I booked standard room and was shocked that this is below the standard room . The room is too small without any aminities . The bathroom was too small . I upgrated my room to superior which was better than the standard but still there was no aminities in the room and if you need anything you should ask for it. I think this is not Holiday Inn style level .
