My one major complaint with this hotel is the management. My flight was cancelled, I gave the hotel over 48 hours notice that I could not make my first of 2 nights and they refused to reimburse the first night. I was also charged the city tax for the day I was not there. Zero empathy from hotel management. Would NEVER return.

This hotel was great! Friendly staff and timely response from point of booking to checking out! I was only in Genève for a couple of days so this worked out well. Fair price and not a bad room. After sleeping on memory foam in Paris, these beds weren’t so comfortable. The pillow seems great until your head sinks. There were a couple of long hairs on our tub. The front desk had all kinds of adapters we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy one! It was great!

The room was good for four. The location is walking distance to the lake and shopping. There are restaurants nearby as well. The staff was welcoming and answered all the questions we had and also set up our taxi for our departure. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not cold enough and was not adjustable from our room since it’s centralized. Would still recommend this though.
