Something is going wrong with Westin Punta Cana ..
After waiting for almost 45 minutes, I was very disappointed that the room assigned to me was not ready at all, so I had to go back to the front desk to get another room. Then in the second day I receive the visit of a big roach in the bathroom ... very disappointed.

Our first trip to DR and the Westin was a great choice. Beautiful property on the beach, perfectly maintained, friendly staff, great restaurants to choose from and drinks and food reasonably priced. We would recommend and go back. We had a great time, better than Cabo and Maui which are getting crowded and more expensive.
