Nice pools, delicious foods, fabulous ocean view, etc. But we found few bugs (cockroach) in the unit and i don’t know somehow the air conditioner system didn’t work in our room. We tried to change temperature but it wasn’t adjusted and we had to turn it off. However overall we were satisfied with this resort !"

"The staff is great! Everyone is helpful and accommodating. Leonel offers exceptional customer service and is always very helpful. The resort does need to be remodeled/renovated in some areas. We love to hang out by the Aguabar Pool, but it needs a lot of work. It feels outdated, and some of the furniture in the rooms is as well. The main lobby where guests arrive can use a facelift. Beautiful resort located in the center of downtown, where you can take a pleasant walk on the marina and the beach. My husband and I stay here almost every year and wish to continue staying there!"
