Room was very beautiful. Actual name of hotel is Riad Airport Marrakesh not RAM and the directions say the RAM hotel is next to this one when it is actually the same. We had no hot water for a shower in the morning and no lights in the hallways or stairs so difficult to maneuver suitcases. Also description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not one - they arrange a taxi you pay for.

Staff cannot do enough to ensure comfort and calm. Sourced onwards taxi quote and drew me a map to local shop! Room absolutely spotless - fantastic nights sleep. Prepared a tasty omelette when my incoming friend’s plane was delayed and she reached hotel later than expected. Gorgeous sofas and marquetry in reception area.
