Very clean room in a new building with a spacious and comfortable lobby. Excellent location. However the room was a bit small - there was no space for a nightstand - and lacked some typical conveniences such as cups and/or tissues and/or coffee maker and/or an iron etc. And I’m wondering who thought it was a good idea to put self closing hinges on the room’s bathroom door

We were accomodated in a lovely 3 double bed apartment, each with own bathroom and a kitchen living room. One of the rooms was disabled access so was bigger more spacious with level access shower. The two other rooms smaller . Kitchen/living bright and comfortable.believe laundry facilities, gym tennis court. Roof terrace Staff amazing! So accomodating friendly and professional. Location perfect. Will definitely be back. Hope students look after property so it remains high standard for next summer trip!

Reception staff were lovely at check-in, friendly and welcoming. But later that night, exhausted and ready to sleep, pulling back the duvet to find blood stains on the cover was honestly pretty unsettling. It's not what you want to see when all you need is rest. We asked for clean duvet covers and had to come down and get them ourselves, receptionist mentioned being alone at the desk, but there were two other staff members there when I went down. Maybe not a big deal on its own, but when you're already uncomfortable, it doesn't help. There was also dust between the bed and desk that clearly hadn't been hoovered. The rest of the room seemed fine, but once you've seen blood on your bedding, that's what sticks with you. The front desk were kind people, just wish the housekeeping matched that standard.

The rooms were great - effectively like Uni halls rooms, we were given a section of 7 double bed rooms between 10 of us and a self serve kitchen. As it was for the purposes of a Stag do, it worked very well and would highly recommend other stag groups to book the same! It was also situated in a brilliant location - close to the town centre - and was easy to enter and exit the property, even at late night.

Central and excellent location - feels pricey for what it is , but was coming in to the Galway traces. Only issue I had was all doors were fire doors and there was the constant slamming of door by those who couldn’t think to just hold it behind them !!

The room was smaller than expected. No air conditioner. The birds were so loud all night it made it really hard to sleep because we had to open the windows because it was so warm on our floor and in our room. Otherwise, people were nice and the location was pretty good.

El alojamiento está claramente orientado a estudiantes y viajeros jóvenes. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, sin aire acondicionado y con muy poca insonorización; se escucha perfectamente lo que sucede en las habitaciones contiguas. Aunque la reservamos como habitación para dos personas, la experiencia se sintió más como una residencia estudiantil que como un hotel. Además, durante nuestra estancia la máquina de café, que formaba parte de los servicios ofrecidos, dejó de funcionar y no hubo ninguna alternativa ni se reparó. Ni existió relación calidad-precio, por la tarifa esperábamos un nivel de comodidad diferente.

A simple and clean place to sleep on a trip, staff all very friendly and building very secure. Bit of a stagnant drain smell in the bathroom but no other complaints. Did the job as we were rarely in the room!
