Decent value in Galway
Overall decent value in Galway. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was a bit outside of town center but overall pretty convenient. Ample free parking. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean enough but some stains on the carpet and the room was pretty hot making sleep a little difficult. No refrigerators in the rooms which was too bad as we were carrying food.

Had a great stay. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Great location within walking distance to shopping and a short bus ride to downtown (or a 20 minute walk). One of our favorite last minute booking on our vacation to Ireland.

I contacted this hotel approx 3 years ago to arrange a continuous training event for my employer, it's wasn't a simple rent an event room type scenario and required over 40 Covid prerequisites and a gaurenteed external audit to ensure compliance. To say they delivered was an understatement, Aisling (the events manager) was one of the most organised and professional people I had ever dealt with. Due to the success, we continue today to book this hotel for events so I decided to stay during their the week as I had some meetings in Galway, from the moment I landed in reception to the time I left the car park there is not one thing I could say that wasn't 10/10. Fortunately, I was able to meet Aisling during my stay and also the deputy manager who went above and beyond to facilitate an important meeting I had with some colleagues, all I can say is you both are a credit to your profession.

Lovely hotel on outskirts of Galway
25 minute walk into city center. Lovely hotel and staff. Only fault is nil air conditioning. You can open the windows, but then the mosquitoes come in and they are huge. When a hotel is charging AUD $400 on a weekend night, I would expect the room to be comfortable, temperature wise so you can get to sleep. Very restless nights for me. Otherwise, nil complaints.
