Liked the hotel but tour tourists were so many that they almost overwhelmed at breakfast. Not enough space. Some real advice the breakfast area is too cramped. You need to separate the coffee and continental stations from the hot. To give space.

Subpar Stay at The Nox
We didn’t love our stay at Nox. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facilities were not as nice as we expected. The common areas have been updated but the rooms and bathroom seemed very outdated. The bed, sheets, and pillows were not very comfortable. There are few outlets and USB ports. No coffee maker. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again.

Not great value for your money but good enough
The hallways are poorly lit and the walls are painted a dark blue, which does not help. Air conditioning was broken, windows wouldn’t completely close. Beds are not very comfortable - mattresses felt old and lumpy. The restaurant has a limited menu and would do well to offer some lighter fare, such as sandwiches. Not close to city center, not really walkable, but taxis are plentiful and come very quickly when you call from front desk. Alex, a young trainee, was helpful and gracious, and Jesus in the restaurant also stood out as someone very welcoming and hospitable.
