This boutique Hotel has a unique view over mountains. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sun beds at the pool area were broken. The restaurant kitchen could be better.

very pretty; nice pool; nice hot tub; nice breakfast; no a/c; beds are a bit short in length; no closets to hang clothes.

Beautiful view, terrible road to get there (1 mile long).

10/10 Exceptional

Arguably the best part of this hotel is the truly stunning view that is front and center, with the pool and most rooms overlooking a beautiful drop off into the valley. What comes a close second is the amazing service from the dedicated staff like Nicholas. Prompt drinks, attention to detail, kindness and personality are all key elements of this stand out experience. The rooms themselves are good sized and the value is great in my humble opinion. It is worth noting while everything is very clean the rooms are ever so slightly outdated. The dining options are somewhat limited time wise with most folks opting for the breakfast (included) and dinner buffets. If you are looking for the most amenities and options then I would recommend a better fit. However, if you are looking for a more intimate experience to relax with family and enjoy all the local sights, look no further!

The views from the property are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large.... However, you have to drive down a dirt trail several kilometers to get to the property and it is 30 minutes from Armenia. The dining is very limited to a breakfast and a dinner buffet at 8 am and 7 pm. For the right price this property isn't a bad option however I was charged $140 a night which is outrageous at this price..... Even in high season; for $50-$80 perhaps.... The hot water is limited and the water has sediment in it......Dogs and cats wander the property and the barking wakes you at night....

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately there are many cats, who literally eat your food from the plate or enter the room. Breakfast is limited. The timing of breakfast is very clearly written on the instructions however staff does not comply: opens later. The road to the hotel is very bad, the hotel is nice , though definitely need to have maintenance( curtains with holes).

Great view from terrace but..
Nobody speaks english. We spent 2 nights in a hotel and they over charge us because on day they didn't have electricity in a hotels so we were unaible to charge phones, no wifi and pool was close the one thing that why we came there.
