Pools not open, no breakfast, no coffee maker in your room, stains on the towels and bed covers, the bed feels like a giant piece of styrofoam, even heavily discounted I don’t think this place would be worth it

Staff was fine. Room was missing a night stand and a chair. The walls has holes everywhere and not even a phone.

No breakfast, the place stunk on arrival room was different then one booked online. The area and place was so bad we didnt even stay. We decided not to evem bother with a refund or anything. Just got back in the car and left. Not even worth the 100 we paid.

The Ridge Hotel certainly needs some attention. It's fairly run down, dingy and slightly smelly. My room certainly did not look like the room advertised in the photos. But the bed was decent and there was a microwave and mini fridge as advertised. The air conditioning unit is incredibly loud but I can deal with loud noises and it blocked out all other sounds from the hotel. I guess the room does match the cheap price, but I'm not sure I would stay here again. The pool was closed but would not be a pleasant spot to hang out at anyway.

It was a very nice very clean room! My disappointment was they did not offer any ice machines no laundry facilities and I thought I would get to go swimming.
