Bali Beach Hotel
"Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Pool was enormous and warm. Downstairs restaurant was only disappointment of the stay."
Puri Santrian
"We enjoyed a lovely quiet and comfortable room in the Santrian club building, with easy access to the beautiful, peaceful pool (no one under 15). Breakfast offered a tremendous selection of fresh foods, juices, teas and coffee, with great beachfront views of the ocean. We made use of the new gym, which was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, as well as bikes available to guests to cruise along the beachfront path along Sanur. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed."
The Udaya Resorts and Spa
"Vraiment tres bel hotel. Surtout les villa avec piscine. Personnel génial."
ANDAZ BALI, BY HYATT
"Excellent all round."
SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta
"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seres. Hotel: Check-in process after long travel was thankfully very easy. Our room had a pool and it felt well maintained and mostly private. Loved the doors in the bathroom leading outside to the desk. Cleaning staff came daily. Purified water bottles provided. And the front desk very responsive, helpful and quick if an issue arose or we needed something. Food: Breakfast was good and while some things were the same everyday they tried to include some variety daily. The fruit and juices were fresh. They even gave us to go breakfast when we had super earlier mornings/ excursions. Dinner was okay. The pizza was my favorite! Overall the food was overpriced for sure but it was just more convenient to eat here after a long day. Location: It is about 20-30 minutes from Ubudd central but grabs picked us up super quickly and easily. Overall would recommend. Felt like a peaceful stay overall."
The Sankara Resort & Spa
"Staffs were very fantastic rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone best stay forever."
Ayung Resort Ubud
"Liked the room and the surroundings and enjoyed the hospitality. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful"
Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur - Bali
"Great location close to the beach and nightlife. Wonderful pool within within great gardens. Lovely wellness spa with a great selection of services. All staff extremely helpful and welcoming as you would expect on this woderful island."
Maya Sanur Resort & Spa
"Maya Sanur is a beautiful hotel in a lovely beachfront setting. The location was one of the biggest positives for us, with direct access to the beach and boardwalk, making it really easy to walk along the seafront and explore Sanur. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and we particularly liked having his-and-hers sinks in the bathroom. We were also conveniently located within the hotel, which made getting around very easy. We arrived at around 1pm and completely understood that check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We were told we would receive a message when the room was ready, although this didn’t arrive until around 3:15pm, so it felt slightly pointless. Our key card also didn’t work on the first attempt, but this was quickly sorted. A couple of minor negatives were the noticeable whining noise from the LED mirrors in the bathroom and the lack of air conditioning in the open-plan communal areas. One thing we really appreciated was the service on our final day. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and return later to use the spa facilities to shower and change before our evening flight home. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent beachfront location."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Sidemen
- Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Sidemen is during February, March, and November, when hotel prices are lower. For a thorough experience of the area's landmarks, cultural sites, and natural beauty, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended. This timeframe allows for leisurely walks through the countryside, enjoyment of the stunning scenery, and exploration of charming small towns, gardens, and cultural attractions. Travellers on a budget will find this to be a great value for money, especially with the potential for prices to drop during these months.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: Sidemen can search for enticing hotel deals on Hotels.com by checking the DealsOpens in a new window section, especially if booking close to their travel date. They may find reduced rates by exploring last-minute deals, with notifications alerting them to flash sales. The Smart Shopping tool within the app helps travellers compare hotel prices and amenities, so if rooms become available or prices drop, they're more likely to see an opportunity to book a last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors, such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a more affordable stay in a Sidemen hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and occasionally better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer a more budget-friendly option.
- Consider your location: Opting to stay nearer to key attractions or city centres can offer convenience, though it usually tends to come with a higher expense. For more affordable rates, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and ease of access to the places you intend to visit. You might also explore independent hotels positioned further afield, which are more likely to be affordable while providing a more authentic experience.
