Faz anos que vou para Canela e esse hotel, de longe, é o melhor que já fui. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa. Logo na chegada ganhamos cookies quentinhos de cortesia e um upgrade de quarto. O quarto era extremamente limpo, aconchegante e perfeito. O café da manhã era simplesmente maravilhoso, com menu e buffet de excelentes.
