Cannot tell it’s a hotel from outside because it is right next to a highway which is super busy all day long. The place and the room are clean and well decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the best we had in GC. Kettle is available in the room as well as communal area. We stayed at an economy double room which has another room in between the highway and us. We didn’t hear any traffic noise in our room but not sure for those rooms right next to highway. We did get a message from hotel to bring earplugs after we made the reservation. However, there are table and chairs right outside our window. I think we got lucky that the place was quiet during our stay so it wasn’t an issue. Staff are friendly. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant below the hotel. Free parking. It’s a min walk from car park to the hotel with uneven pavement. Suggest to arrive in daylight if have suitcases.

We had the family suite with our own dip pool and courtyard, the rooms were large, bright and clean, with a comfy double bed, but horribly squeaky singles in the 2nd room. The room are very short of electrical points and rather warm. But all that being said, we had the most peaceful, charming and relaxing stay. If I ever go back to Gran Canaria, I would definitely return to this hotel.

El restaurante está colapsado , hay que pedir reserva incluso cuando se tiene el desayuno incluido . No hay prioridad para el hotel en servicios incluidos y es un problema ya que se considera que son servicios de desayuno por ejemplo. Gracias

De kamer was heel ruim en voorzien van een dubbel bed met een heerlijke matras. We ondervonden weinig last van het verkeer, wel een nacht van stormachtig weer. Aankloppen om de planten water te geven terwijl wij nog in bed lagen en blijven kloppen tot we open deden, vonden we minder gepast. Het zwembad konden we niet testen, gezien het weer dat niet toeliet. Er is ook een fijne koffiehoek, met water, koekjes, thee, vers fruit. Er is een frigootje in de kamer, wat wij ook positief vonden. Een minpuntje is dat er vaak geen warm water was is de douche. Het restaurant onder het hotel, Nativo, is een aanrader.

La piscine à cette époque même petite n’est pas chauffée . Nous n’avons eu un problème dans notre chambre pas d’eau chaude . On nous a dit de prendre la salle de bain d’une autre chambre libre pour se doucher . Sinon bel hôtel . Restaurant en bas avec 10 % de remise très bien .

Prijs/kwaliteit (77,- voor grote 2 pers kamer) erg goed. Checkin en checkout waren niet erg behulpzaam. Instructies per whatsapp niet duidelijk genoeg. Jammer dat receptie niet meer open is om 1800 uur en het met moeizaam werkend sleutel kastje gaat. Prachtige kamer maar erg gehorig.

Skønt hotel og omgivelser. God betjening. Ligger lige ud til større vej, men det mærker/hører man slet ikke. Meget smukke værelser og udendørsområder med gratis kaffe/the/snacks/frugt, og med mulighed for at købe yogatimer på stedet samt vandaktiviteter.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa en todos los sentidos. Nos ha encantado todo, la habitación, la decoración de todo el hotel, limpieza, la tranquilidad, el desayuno en el restaurante increíble, el personal muy amable. La chica nos esperó en el check in para enseñarnos todo y la chica de la limpieza encantadora también. Muchas gracias, volveremos seguro!!! Valoramos mucho la tranquilidad y el espacio favorece el tener una experiencia encantadora!!!
