I paid for a premium cabin and they tired to put us in a town house. Awful is an understatement. After an hour and half we got the ‘premium cabin’ and there was nothing premium about it! Had hole in the shower roof, all the furnishings were dirty, broken and hanging off. Only stayed one night out of three only cause we couldn’t go anywhere else! Dreadful experience.
