"A lovely hotel located innrhe perfect spot! Central to all things. Luxurious surroundings, excellent front desk and concierge. The dining options are a 10/10! "
"The hotel booked taxis (Blue) for me and gave me directions, etc. Everyone spoke fluent English and was very friendly. The front desk was manned 24/7. Breakfast was convenient and never crowded. Location is right in the middle of the older town, with major streets on the doorstep. Bathroom had heater mirror and room had climate control. Lots of outlets for charging devices. Very modern rooms but old entrance of marble and great lounge area for siting with drinks from the lovely bar. "
"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Perfect place to be for Old Town Bucharest. Short walk for shopping, good, drinks and seeing the sights. Very nice staff, all very accommodating. Would definitely stay again."
"This is a corner of “Paradise” in a big town.
Aside from Transylvania or the mountains in Romania, Caro Hotel makes you feel surrounded by nature, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.
I warmly recommend it to everyone to try.
In addition to the nature, you will have access to facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool.
You can enjoy the best cappuccino in the world in the reception area!

"This was a perfect hotel in a perfect location with perfect staff. We had a wonderful welcome by David and Flori. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful (Elena, Dana, Gabi, Monica, Adelin, Ana). And some staff who's names we can't remember but all were very professional. "
"We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!"
