Clean and fresh room. Comfortable bed. Nice gift in the bathroom. Have a beachside which due to the the lowering water level is a short walk down. Beachbeds and parasols both on the beach and by the pools. Several pools both for children and adults. Average breakfast with few jordanian influenses, plus for the on demand omelet and good service. Very friendly staff everywhere, a special shout out to the receptionist Ibrahim who went out of his way to help us and was super friendly. Big parkinglot.

You can walk right down to the Dead Sea. They have mud there for you, which is a cool experience. The pools are very nice, and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was pretty good. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay at the Dead Sea
We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely hotel. We were quickly checked in and given an upgraded room with a beautiful full sea view. The spacious room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large buffet breakfast and dinner were good too. We enjoyed the small beach, where we could float in the sea, and there were buckets of mud available.

I did not like the stay very much, although the rooms are good, but the treatment was very bad by the reception and the restaurant manager, and the treatment was not satisfactory to the hotel by the staff

We got an upgrade after......
When we arrived there was black hairs on the bed and the pillow was dirty. The fridge had mould and was really disgusting.We complained at the reception and showed them some pictures of the room. We received an upgrade to a suite which was a huge luxury room.

An ok hotel, needs improvement
The hotel is overall ok. However, the room given to us upon checking in does not really have a good seaview, even though we specifically booked and paid for a seaview room. This is quite disappointing. The kettle does not switch off automatically even after water is boiling. Also, the bath tub stopper is either missing of badly leaking so the tub could not be used. Restaurant staff are friendly, but restaurant charge hefty price for drinks.
