"The two guy who ran the lobby were awesome and full of great tips on how to make our trip awesome during the big storm. The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom was never nice. The mattress was comfortable. "

"Excellent facility for the price. Plenty of space for me and my daughter. Cable tv worked a dream when snow conditions were too heavy to be outside. Kitchen was great. Only issue was the stove top needed a lighter to use and given we arrived after checkin we couldn’t grab from reception. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This isn’t your typical hotel experience. The lodge is centered around communal spaces where guests can connect, meet new people, and spend time with other families and kids. Unfortunately, we visited during a severe snowstorm, so we weren’t able to ski and had to leave a day early to avoid getting stranded. Despite that, the lodge has a beautiful Western look and feel that adds to its charm. If you’re open to a simple but solid stay with a strong sense of community, you’ll likely enjoy it."

"We had such a great stay at the Hyatt. We had 3 families going and the staff made sure our three rooms were as close as possible. The rooms were all well stocked with great quality kitchen cookware. Bring your own seasonings though! We loved walking to the village and highlands gondola for skiing. The ski valet was also so amazing & convenient, while underground parking is great when there's snow. Highly recommend for families who value being close to the slopes! "
