Excellent Hotel near everything in Timisoara
This was not my first time in this hotel and will not be my last. I love everything about this property. The Staff is top. Multilingual, accommodating, friendly and treats you like a VIP. From check in to check out. I recommend you buy the breakfast which features everything you want (vegan, Gluten free as well as local fare and everything in between), and also goes until 11am which is such a lovely feature. You can walk everywhere, and I ran each morning along the Bega. Even in the dark it was completely safe. The rooms are spacious and clean with top toiletries and features. If I could change one thing it will be to have coffee in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby. (Last year when I was there they had coffee in the room so maybe you can ask if this is important to you. I was ok without since it is in the lobby. It was 'insect' season when I was there and there was a big warning to not open my window. BUT, it was so beautiful out that I didn't heed the warning and opened my window and sure enough some insects came in. Also it was warm in the room and the AC was not working and when I turned it on the heat came on (this was why I opened the window), but I am positive if I said something they would have fixed it for me. I just never mentioned it because everything else was perfect. Super fast WiFi in Romania. My company is in Timisoara and so I travel here often and this is the only place I will stay! Late check out is also possible.

Posizione buona.hotel abbastanza pulito e ordinato.putroppo è situato vicino ad una fabbrica con ciminiere e puzze orrende di carburanti. Colazione internazionale. Uniche vere pecche sono state: Ho chiesto accappatoio e ciabatte per andare alla SPA ma le ciabatte erano finite.dopo mezz ora di tentativi per aprire la porta della SPA con la chiave ci rimandano in camera e ci richiamano loro dopo altri 40 minuti che possiamo entrare nella SPA.andiamo ma,amara sorpresa la Jacuzzi tanto conclamata e per cui avevamo scelto questo hotel non è in funzione(non ci hanno neanche detto il motivo,ci hanno detto solo che non era in funzione).quindi delusi decidiamo di andare in un altra SPA al di fuori dell Hotel. Alle nostre lamentele seguiva sempre e solamente un "i'm sorry!" Non sono all altezza di gestire un nome di prestigio come NH
