We had a twin room overlooking the main road on the 11th floor, despite that it wasn’t that noisy. The room was very small. Loved the bathroom, shower was amazing. Great location very easy access to restaurants, shopping and transport. Overall we’d enjoyed our stay.

Good condition of the room. Decent size room, but weird layout which made it difficult for us to store and open the suitcases, it felt a bit cramped during our stay. Street noise can be fairly loud. We had a washing machine in the room and a full size fridge which was really nice!

The hotel beds were very comfortable and clean and it was really close to train stations and buses. Be aware this is not walking distance to Myeongdong, although there are plenty of convenient buses and trains within steps from the main door. I still loved this hotel for its cleanliness and ease of check-in

Amazing Experience

That was our first time in Korea and thanks to this hotel, it was a perfect experience. Hotel location is so accurate, you can walk to subway sitation in minutes and go everywhere. Very close to Myeongdong which is a very big market with all shops,in about 5-6 min. Walk. Hotel staff is so kind and tend to help you always. Rooms cleaned everyday, everything was supplied in the room that you may can need (even washing machine) and the bed was SUPER COMFY.thank you so much.I will definitely come back here and wont even look for another hotel.Now we left to visit Japan and I am booking the Japan branch of this hotel, absolutely.

The stay was still enjoyable. Transportation friendly. Check in and out were super quick. Just that the toilet seat had been loosened. Cleansing of hand wash basin could be more thorough. If went out for breakfast before the check out time, the room key card didn’t work, for both last and this trip. Need to go to the front desk.

My room was 6 degrees Celsius unless I had the heater turned on high all the time. And even then it only covered the area around the bed. The rest of the room as well as the floor was ice cold at all times. The rooms were poorly designed, no room to even open a suitcase in spite of plenty of squatemeters. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best, so it wasn’t even possible to get warm after a long day outside. I paid 26.000 won per night through my booking at Hotels for the breakfast which was very disappointing as well (it was 13.000) if I just paid at the hotel, which was very unfortunate. I ended up checking out after 3 days even though I paid for a week, and they wouldn’t reimburse me the rest of the money even though it’s a very common practice. I wouldn’t return when visit Seoul again some day.

We got a corner room which was not convenient for unpacking given the layout, but not a big deal. It is a new hotel, you could smell fresh furniture. Shower pressure could’ve been better, but having a ramen station with a full kitchen was a highlight!

I liked the size of the room given we are in Korea. The beds are okay and neat. There isn’t any toiletries available and I would like to believe that for cofee we have to request every now and then? We stayed there for 3 nights and seems like there isn’t any cleaning available? The washroom was standard toilet. I think the hotel needs to change the regular toil to bidet in order to become at par with other hotels. I liked the rooftop overseeing the Namsam tower. The staff is okay, however they need to improve customer services. Homes Red hotel was our last or 9th hotel during the duration of our 3 weeks vacation Japan-Korea. Previous hotels’ customers services are excellent and exceeds my expectations.I’m kind of disappointed with how the staff deals with their guests. Its just like question and answer; no care at all? Anyway, overaall I rate the hotel 2/5.

Where is the hotel staff?

Check in kiosk was efficient, however, no keycards issued for room, just a door code printed out. First issue we had with room was only half roll of toilet paper. Second issue was deadbolt would not engage, third was air conditioner randomly shut off. There is no telephone in room so you must go in search of someone to help, and good luck with that. Only employee i ever saw was our room maid and her English was not great. Went to check in area, nobody in booth, just a card with a telephone number. Room was fairly good size, but having windows in toilet and shower rooms was a really weird choice even with pull down shades. Roof top deck offered a good view of N Seoul Tower but otherwise i was not impressed with the hotel even though got a good price and the location was walking distance to Metro, Myeongdong, and airport bus. Would not stay here again.

チェックインからチェックアウトまでスムーズで、受付のお姉さんの対応がすごく良かった。部屋もとても綺麗でした。枕元のコンセントが使えないのが少し不便でしたがそれ以外は全く問題なし。バス停も近くて、仁川空港からアクセスしやすかったし、ホテル内に換金の機械もあったからとても助かった。近くにコンビニもあるので便利です。あまりホテルにこだわりないならとてもおすすめです！
