Check-in took almost 30 minutes. The person working the desk was not trained well and made 3 video calls and 1 phone call to someone else while checking me in - having to ask about every single step. They also require a cash deposit, however, they refuse to provide a receipt for that deposit, meaning there's no way to prove I provided it or they received it. They also charged more than the quoted/booked price - only a few dollars more, but still, that is something. When we arrived in the room, the air was cut off and the room was 89 degrees according to the AC thermostat. It took about 12 hours to cool down to 72 degrees as there's just one small air conditioner for a very large room. The rooms are extremely clean and recently re-done, so no complaints at all about the room itself. Tons of space so would probably be good for extended stays. Overall, though, probably would not stay again. Maybe - just depends on the need and the price at the time.
