Ponto negativo : o hotel é praticamente uma super ladeira acabamos ficando no último quarto e era sempre um sufoco quando precisava descer para o café da manhã, por exemplo. Café da manhã sem muitas opções e todos os dias era servido a mesma coisa. Uma obra que está acontecendo ao lado e era muito incômodo o barulho logo pela manhã.

Só tenho elogios. Todos os funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. Ambiente limpo, café da manhã cheio de variedade de salgados doces e bebidas, também comi a parte a pizza do hotel que é muito boa. Localização excelente, fica na Avenida principal, pertinho do centro para quem está de carro. Ambiente muito bonito e aconchegante. Serviço de manobrista e limpeza de quarto muito bons. Estacionamento na entrada do hotel. Wi-Fi, TV com Netflix YouTube e ar-condicionado. Com certeza voltaria, não tenho nada a reclamar, somente agradecer a toda a equipe do Hilltop hotel que nos recebeu tão bem.

O lugar é limpinho, agradável e aconchegante. O café ds manhã é ok, poderia ter mais opções de cosias salgadas, tem muito doce, mas ainda sim é ok pelo preço. O chalé é um pouco afastado da cidade, então tem que pegar uber ou alugar de carro pra chegar no centro.

O café da manhã era bem simples, poucas opções. Ok, chegamos em cima do laço no quesito horário, mas mesmo assim. O quarto tinha várias rachaduras nas paredes e em alguns cantos da parte inferior da estrutura. A tv não tinha sinal e não conseguimos utilizar, a limpeza do quarto estava muito boa, porém necessitaria de reparos. O ar funcionou direitinho, ele é bem localizado, fica do lado da Chocoland. O atendimento da recepção também foi cordial. Mas na minha opinião alguns itens ficaram a desejar, comparando com as acomodações que fiquei anteriormente.

Excelente hotel, super limpo, funcionários muito prestativos o tempo todo, o cafe da manhã é perfeito, o local é muito bom fica perto da avenida borges de medeiros. É um local q não vão se arrepender isso eu garanto. O dono está o tempo todo lá sempre disponível pra nos ajudar no q for. Ja fui 11 vezes a gramado e virou rotina ir todos os anos e quando for novamente irei pra esse hotel de novo. Tem estacionamento grátis.
