O hotel é INCRÍVEL, funcionários todos atenciosos e sempre prontos para atender, a estrutura do hotel é divina, como nunca tinha visto em nenhum outro lugar, o quarto em que ficamos era PERFEITO, super espaçoso e sempre limpo. O café então, nem se fala, o mais perfeito de todos, INÚMERAS variedades no buffet, além de fazerem tapiocas, omeletes e tostatas na hora (tudo perfeito e muito bem servido!!). A nossa única reclamação é que a TV não é smart, não funciona pra colocar Netflix, nem Amazon e nem nada, então não conseguimos ver nenhum filme. Fora isso foi PERFEITO!

A experiência no Buona Vitta é sempre muito boa. Já me hospedei quatro ou cinco vezes no hotel e não tenho do que reclamar. O hotel é lindo, ótimo café da manhã, quarto, cama e chuveiro muito bons, piscina maravilhosa (dispensamos o DJ dos finais de semana), tudo perfeito. O hotel tem muitos quartos pelo que, eventualmente, pode haver uma certa aglomeração, especialmente no café da manhã, mas não temos problema com isso.

Hospedagem incrível, quartos muito bons e estrutura do hotel é excelente. A minha única reclamação é em relação ao percurso que temos que fazer do bloco onde ficamos hospedados para a área da recepção, restaurante e piscinas, pois tem que passar pela garagem sempre, toda vez que chove ou faz muito frio. O ideal é que houvessem passarelas cobertas e se possível fechadas com vidro, interligando os blocos ao prédio da recepção e lazer para evitar ter que ficar passando pela garagem sempre. Sugestão também de ampliar o horário do café da manhã nos períodos de alta temporada para evitar as filas no restaurante

Bem na nossa estadia inundou o subsolo com excesso de chuva e estragou os elevadores. Procuraram consertar rápido. Mas pelo visto existe algum problema estrutural no prédio. O hotel é belíssimo. Mas já não compraria no sistema de multi propriedade. O que deixou a falhar foi o restaurante.. valor caro buffet, simples demais, pouco convidativo.
