Shower was broken. Beds weren't very comfortable. Place horribly smells of weed and all but 1 elevator was out of service. It was quite, the breakfast was good, front desk was very friendly and helpful. And the shuttle service was perfect. Overall it was fine for one night before our flight.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. First room I was given a key to had people in it. Second room I got was still being cleaned when I walked up to it at 10:30 at night (and didn’t have toilet paper). Lots of people floating around in the lobbies / halls. Van to the airport was good and runs every 30 mins.

Ok, No cleaning staff!!! People/I waited 45 mins.+ to get in. Front desk left with issues and no answers until rooms were clean. Line out the door just to get a room card, frustrating. Beyond the lobby you could see neglect and poor building conditions, an elevator was down.

This is a run down property in a very sketchy area with a lot of shady characters hanging around. The room was adequate just to spend the night but not a place I would want to hang out. Fairly clean but everything in the room was run down. Staff was fine for check in & check out. Didn't use the pool or try breakfast.

This hotel was extremely dated and needed a lot of repairs. In the lobby, it had a set of nice leather sofas but also had a worn out set at the entrance. It had 3 elevators but only one worked. The carpet was dingy dirty. Walls in the room had stains. The shampoo, soap, and other items looked like it was a collection fron several different hotels. I found it kind of weird that you had to check-in before you ate breakfast. The rod in the bathroom was loose and about to fall down. There was no toilet paperroll holder as well. The hotel smelled of smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. I also would have preferred that the Uber and other deliveries come to the room not put on a shelf that was already occupied. Or had a cubby system for the deliveries.

Unfortunately, my stay did not go as smooth as I would’ve hoped. I did read several reviews in advance, but STILL gave this location benefit of the doubt since it was in close proximity to the airport which played significant factor in my booking and budget. First noticeable red flag: Online images for this location were definitely not the same! i.e. photoshopped The walls,the carpets the room..very aged and it showed. The elevators were ALL out of commission. It would appear for sometime long before I arrived. I can’t imagine how guests staying on upper floors having to go down 4/5 flights of stairs with potentially heavy bags of luggage managed...had to be some sort of endurance test of strength and will. The other red flag that somehow I missed in previous reviews: this location must had/have a high level of crime/theft. There were more security cameras installed than a Vegas casino! Fine but wildly excessive. The “breakfast bar” offered was nothing special. They had it. They served it. It was available ( with a few restrictions) but it’s definitely no-frills. If you’re looking for a little more variety, hit the Denny’s or the New Phily Diner next door. My only positives: Check-in was lightning quick. Shuttle service was solid and the "second" room I was moved to was an improvement on the 1st. While I don’t recommend this property if you’re on a budget and the location works for you then go ahead but you get what you pay for. I DO recommend a thorough review read up.

DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK! The MOTEL was dirty from inside to outside. The pictures are false advertising. The smell of the entire building is horrible! People are living there like a MOTEL 8. The staff has to walk around with mace for drunk and drug use guest cause they lounge around the lobby. Our room was changed 3 times before it was decent enough to go through a night since I couldn’t get my money back. The bathrooms are nasty I would rather stink. They share a microwave in the lobby so the smells lingering around. They have silverware in a bowl everyone touch and grab. I didn’t eat breakfast cause yuck! The stay was unfortunate and I wish I would’ve just left when I seen the first drug user yelling in the lobby. The only good thing is the free shuttle!

You walk in to a sauna but are told “don’t worry, the room has air conditioning”. You’re then given the key to a room that is dirty and smells damp/musty. Ok, no problem- second chances are fine. The second room then has no curtain?! So, no privacy?!? UNACCEPTABLE… I waited over an hour for help that never came. I ended up having to track down the liar who said he would have a THIRD and BETTER room for me and would “be right back with a key”- he was outside, just hanging out, while I waited in the curtain-less room UNABLE TO SHOWER OR GET SETTLED. Truly UNREAL. Over an hour to check in/get a decent room/get settled!? NOT ok… Awful place and awful service. I expect a refund and an apology from whoever is in charge of that crap hotel… My advice- you’re better off staying at a Super 8. They are affordable, clean, and service is GREAT… Do better- that’s all I have to say to the owner of this place & the workers who were useless/unhelpful. So disappointed.

Well, check was a bit confusing when I didn't get a room key, due to the machine that makes the keys was broke. I was told this issue was going be resolve in a couple of hours. This never happened. I had to be escort to my room my whole stay. One time I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open my door. The room was nice and cold which was nice. The bathroom, shower area has mold on the walls and the shower fan was not working at all. The toilet seat was broken and the sink backup. The sheets on the bed look clean , but I used sheets that I had. The bed had an area that would sink in. I had to clean the room with disinfectant spray. It was nice there was a coffee make, but it was not well maintained and the water would have partial in it. The refrigerator was work but a low cooling temperature. The TV was working well and I was able to see the World Cup Game. I didn't make it to the breakfast in the morning, but they provide it. Overall, I was very disappointed with the poor condition of the hotel. The staff did the best they could with the key situation. I would not stay here again and I will be writing to Quality Inn corporate and asked them to check in the situation in this place.

You get what you pay for. We stayed in 2 separate rooms during our stay because we visited the shore between our bookings. Both rooms were clean. I had no problem sleeping on the beds and it looked like both of the floors had recently been shampooed. The ac worked great as well! But I will say, the hotel hallways absolutely wreaked of the devils lettuce! And there were times at night that I was woken up because of the strong smell even though the rooms didn’t initially smell at all. Our first rooms shower was a choice of either lukewarm and have hardly any water pressure, or burn your flesh off in a matter of seconds to able to rinse off in a proper amount of time. Our second rooms shower was totally fine though. The bathrooms themselves… floors and toilets were clean. But the walls looked pretty diseased with what looked to be mold. The TVs didn’t seem to have any cable or anything connected. And don’t even get me started on the elevators! One worked, one didn’t, and the other one would only work if your were Usain Bolt who is clearly the only human in the world who is fast enough to be able to make it through the worlds quickest elevator doors. (It does make for a great game though!) If I could put my review into one simple thought it would be that this hotel is great for a quick stay to sleep only. But I definitely don’t recommend for a long stay.

The staff was friendly and courteous, and the Wi-Fi worked well, but unfortunately those were the highlights of my stay. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance. Ceiling panels throughout the property were damaged or missing, and the elevators felt unsafe, with doors that slammed shut and broken buttons. My room had several issues: the TV didn't work, the sink drained very slowly, the toilet leaked and left a small pool of water near the shutoff valve, and the bathroom walls showed signs of water damage behind peeling wallpaper. The conditioner bottle was already half empty, making it appear as though it had been previously used. The biggest concern was cleanliness. The bed sheets had visible hair and stains, making it seem they hadn't been changed, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The airport shuttle was another disappointment. I assumed, since the hotel is only 5–10 minutes from the airport, it would run every 30 minutes like neighboring hotels. Instead, it only runs once an hour. That's partly on me for not asking at check-in, but it was still inconvenient. The daytime shuttle driver was rude, while the evening driver drove far too aggressively. If you just need the cheapest room near the airport for a few hours, this may work. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending an extra $20–$40 for a nearby hotel with cleaner rooms, better maintenance, and more reliable shuttle service.

Smelled like cigarettes and mildew. Fridge didn't work. Sink didn't drain. Toilet didn't flush. Bathtub didn't drain. Grungy. Trash up and down the halls. 2 out of 3 elevators broken. Breakfast was meager, and the OJ was watered down. The bed was nice and the linen was clean, thankfully.
