Everything was fine, except while the night and early morning clerks were friendly, they did not tell me that I had to go through Hotels.com to cancel my second night. I had to leave early in the morning to transport an ill relative to his home pharmacy 3 hours away to receive his necessary medication.

Route 66 Hot Air Balloon Festival
The front desk attendant made us feel very welcome when we checked in and helped resolve confusion over our reservations. All three nephews found something they liked to eat on the breakfast bar. We were staying to attend the Route 66 Hot Air Balloon Festival, which was cancelled the next morning due to rain. So we congratulated ourselves on reserving a stay with an indoor swimming pool! The boys swam all morning until we checked out. Another shout-out to the great front desk attendant (wish I remembered her name) for checking to make sure the 3 boys had adult supervision in the pool. She was also politely interested in our hot air balloon pics the next morning. She's a gem!

It was an ok hotel
The room was comfy to stay in, but there were stains all over the carpet, and dead bugs. The air conditioner was extremely loud and I had to turn it off so I could sleep. The place was extremely noisy and it hours before I could go to sleep. I could the ice machine that was down the hall like it was across from my room. I could hear the people in rooms around me. I probably will not come back here.

The worst hotel experience ever. Cars are constantly racing along the highway and will keep you up all night long. You will not be able to rest at all. I highly do NOT recommend.

We had a very spacious room and I thought our bed was very comfortable. I wish that we had arrived sooner so that we could have enjoyed our room for longer. We had a room with two queen beds and the bed I slept in was very comfortable. Our fridge worked a little too well and I had to turn it down around 4am as our drinks were freezing. The girl on desk duty when we checked in and when we left was super nice and friendly. I would stay here again.
