What is advertised and charged at 5 Star rates is not a 5 Star experience The beachfront villas would have been amazing when new but are showing sings of dilapidation The biggest disappointment was the service especially the “butler “ The”butler “ was very late to respond to issues we were having and did not respond to messages nor phone calls
