Ficamos surpreendidas, positivamente, e MUITO com a nossa hospedagem! O hotel é maravilhoso, o atendimento de todos os funcionários são excelentes e as acomodações são confortáveis e os valores dos produtos lá dentro são bem satisfatórios. Os animais presentes no hotel também são bastante dóceis e carinhosos, um dos pontos diferenciais do hotel. Pontos positivos: local bonito, limpo, aconchegante, porções generosas de todas as refeições do hotel, até mesmo dos serviços terceirizados. Carinho e cuidados com os animais que residem no hotel e com os que acompanham os hóspedes. Pontos negativos/melhoria: 1) Seria bem interessante revitalizar os ar-condicionados, precisamos ser trocadas de quarto pois o ar do quarto que eu estava não funcionava corretamente, além de ter moscas e mosquitos na acomodação; 2) Melhorar as opções do café da manhã, pelo valor pago, o café da manhã é muito simples, sem variedade e sem tanto atrativo palatável (sem gosto); 3) Seria interessante também ter mais opções de almoço no restaurante da praia, atualmente as opções são limitadas. Sugestão plus: Seria bacana se o local onde ocorre o café da manhã tivesse a opção de buffet livre para o almoço e à noite tivesse opção de jantares. Ficamos limitados as poucas opções de refeição do restaurante da piscina e à noite não tempos opção de jantar. Sendo disponível apenas lanches ou pizzas.

Estada desagradável. As fotos das instalações não condizem com a realidade, como mostrarei em anexo. Valor da diária injustificável, visto que a piscina estava lotada, atendimento deixou a desejar, o corredor estava imundo, talher oxidado e móveis em frente ao nosso quarto. Não recomendo e não voltarei!

Frustrou minha expectativa
O local é bonito e convidativo. Entretanto, as opções de conforto deixam a desejar. O pessoal é muito simpático mas pouco organizado. Não tinha nem sabonete e shampoo no banheiro. Solicitei e só me deram uma barra de sabonete. O pessoal do bar foi simpático e atencioso. O Val, do restaurante, fez uma pizza bem legal.

Experiência Ruim
A pousada parece que não recebe manutenção. As toalhas estavam manchadas (mal lavadas?) e o banheiro não possuía nenhum tipo de sabonete disponibilizado pela pousada, além disso, o chuveiro não esquentou. O colchão de casal era afundado no centro, desconfortável. A TV estava com a imagem verde, impossível de assistir qualquer programação. O café da manhã é ruim, tudo que provei estava ruim, das frutas à tapioca.
