The room was smaller than I expected, however it was clean, not spotless but clean. There was rip in the carpet and that made me look. Easy fix because that then made me loom for stuff. The staff was A1!

Lack supplies & cleanliness
Tub was not cleaned, still had used soap bar stuck to inside of tub. Cigarette ashes in the toilet paper holder. Gave us 2 towels for a 3 adult stay. When we asked front desk for another towel the next morning they sent us to the laundry room to ask and they did not have any, they were being washed. We get upstairs and they took the towels we did have with no replacements. I go back to front desk and he told ME to ask the housekeeper on my floor for towels. (Which they weren't on my floor). I had to ask the housekeeper on the 1st floor. (That was right across the lobby from the front desk) i don't feel like I should have had to hunt down my own towels. The receptionist that checked me in was super nice, i wish i would have remembered her name. AND when i tried to call the front desk the connection was so bad i could not here them on the other end, just static.

Room not reAlly very clean, napkins on floor under bed bathroom floor soiled and cigarette smoke entering room through the bathroom vent. had to run the vent fan all night to try to get rid of smoke. Area around the hotel seemed reasonably secure.

Micro a good name
I have NEVER given such a poor review. We decided Micro stood for micro service, micro amenities and micro cleanliness. I can't tell you the last time I had a hotel room without a fridge and microwave. Apparently only suites have luxuries like that. The coffee machine was broken along with the ice maker. Micro indeed

Besides changing the bed sheets. They left the room dirty, found a pair of female underwear behind the door, bobby pins on the bathroom counter. Mold building up in the shower. Very strong ethic smells throughout the floors. Will not be returning.

The overall property, room and hotel was disgusting. Lobby smelled of body odor, elevator had muddy handprints and spilled food all over the walls and stuck in the grooves and that was the first 10 minutes in the door. When we got in the elevator, there was food spilled down the walls and muddy handprints on the walls. We made it to our room and checked the beds, went for the remote and there was brown stuff in between the buttons. I went to clean it and found only 1 washcloth and 2 towels for 2 people to stay. The bathroom floor had not been swepped or mopped. I cleaned it with my foor and the washcloth and the white washcloth was almost black when i finished. I asked for additional towels and washcloths and was tild there weren't any extra. The breakfast looked to have been sitting for days, witnessed the creamer sitting on the counter all night and none of the community trash cans had been emptied in a long time. Nothing had been taken care of the whole time we were there. I am really surprised that Wyndham has their name on it!

Room was musty and smelled bad. Found mold! Got moved to a room where the bathroom door didn’t close. Daughter found moldy bagel in breakfast offering - gross! Front desk clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone than getting things right.
