The the staff was very kind very nice and helpful. But I had a few problems. I believe the resteraunt called aureo which was shown as open was not opened I went on Tuesday to have a drink and dinner only to see no one was up there at all. Also they advertised laundry service and I asked the staff there was no laundry service at all the breakfast was ok. The best thing about the hotel was the staff

Golden Valley Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was in a great location, close walking distance to the metro (under 10 min), the best restaurants in the city, and grocery stores to get lots of snacks. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again when visiting Medellin.

Overall, this hotel has everything you really need. It’s in a fairly quiet area, the breakfast was good (though they serve the same menu every day, which can get repetitive), and the room was comfortable. If you have a rental car, there’s a parking garage conveniently located across the street. The staff were polite and friendly, and overall, I’d recommend staying here.
