Room with a view to the Black Hole.
The room had a rumor of a window. A small black box in the wall. Not even a view of another buildings wall. Just a black hole. However the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was good except the temperature in the room. The thermostats were off but the room was 80 degrees when we entered, with the heat/fans blowing in. We tried turning the thermostats on cool, but that changed nothing. Finally at 2:30 AM we turned the thermostats off and opened the windows That cooled the room sufficiently to get some sleep but the heat/fans kept blowing, regardless of what we did with the thermostats.

Hugely disappointing stay
Rooms was excessively hot with no option to adjust temp. Shower took over 10 minutes to produce lukewarm water. Plugged my cell phone charger into the nightstand table outlet, only to discover the outlet didn't work. Fortunately, I woke before the time my alarm was scheduled for for an important meeting and the only reason I was in NYC only to realize my phone had not charged because the plug was not working. Would not recommend this hotel
