Super clean, quiet, fantastic food!
Wonderful, clean hotel! Great water pressure in shower and quiet for sleeping. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast. The enclosed restaurant had some of the best onion rings and hamburgers we’ve ever had (Grazers)…a definite must have.

Check in was a struggle and as they are new some of the kinks definitely need to be worked out. Clean and new which was nice. I enjoyed the quietness of the area as well. Breakfast was not good. They had very limited options and it was not at all what you would expect from a hotel breakfast.
Emily, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very clean. Still smells new. BUT NO elevator. That at least gave us a luggage cart to go from the back of our car about 35 ft through two doors so we can then haul our luggage up the stairs.;. ;-( Shower was hot but my camping shower that hangs in a tree gives out more water than that shower head did. Wife had a great Swiss mushroom burger but my skull Burger which is Buffalo had the entire white serving paper soaked in Grease. We would go back I think they'll get it right

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. But the town of Moorcroft is very small with a population of just over 1,000. You might think that a hotel in a town of this size would be a bargain, but no. Checking for a room here because our tractor/trailer broke down, we found this place. Almost next door to the little truck stop it really was our only option. When we checked prices, I couldn't believe that they want over $130.00+ per night! Through a 3rd party booking sight we were able to get it for just over $121 including taxes and fees. Originally we had planned a 1 night stay. But in towns this small getting parts and service can be challenging at best. We found an excellent repair shop, but parts proved to be another issue. So we had to extend our stay for another night. Very glad it's a very nice place to stay, but hard on the wallet.

8/10 Very good

In town for a wedding - told us at noon on the day of the wedding that we had to leave the room because a plumber was there and needed access because our sink didn’t have hot water. (I had told them we were ok because tub had hot water). They were told that we had to be ready for wedding by 3:45 that afternoon. Said we couldn’t stay in room because of legal issues. When we returned, our door was open and no staff around but other people walking the hallway. They blamed plumber for our belongings being accessible to anyone. No apologies or discount offered.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

I understand that this place has been open for just a couple of months, so growing pains may be expected. First the good: Spacious room. Each downstairs room has outside access for dog owners. Clean and bright lobby. Staff member that checked us in was personable and helpful. Now the not so good: The front desk needs a bell. I stood there for 5 minutes while I could hear staff members talking in the back room. The bed sheet was put on the bed sideways. The body wash bottle was empty. Dead bugs in the corner behind the door. Both toilet rolls had only a quarter left. The breakfast area had flies roosting at the open trash can. The hot food was luke warm at best at 06:05 am. A nice new hotel, but there are some attention to detail issues that need to be focused on.
