Great, comfortable stay
So pleasantly surprised at how great our stay was. Hadn’t heard of this place before but wow we will absolutely be back. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and communication was very clear throughout and you’re right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

Too dark in the room, hard to see, too small, bumped legs on bed corners when walking. Poor choice in your liquid soap, too watery. Insufficient parking. Didn’t send me an email with receipt total as I had requested at checkout. Front desk staff very pleasant.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed, and I had to switch and turn around and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. Otherwise, all the blood would’ve rushed my head and would have kept me awake. New mattresses are in order. Other than that, the building was very clean. The door was a bit wonky. I had to lift up in order to get it to close so it should be repaired as well. Unit 203.

Overall a good hotel
Nice downtown location and friendly staff. They have an issue with their door codes. It was often glitchy. The AC unit was really loud and didn’t work well. The gym was not available because they were redoing the floors during pride weekend! They did offer to pay for a day pass at the gym across the street. Over all a good stay.
