Poor system
I want my money back. We did not stay a second night due to the very poor condition of the room and the poor sanitation. We were in town for my sisters funeral with my 89-year-old mother. This was a disaster. We did not take out a cancellation policy because we knew we needed to attend the funeral and would not be canceling. We didn’t know the hotel would be intolerable.
There was a board bolted across the frame of the pull out bed. There were M&Ms and debris under the mattress.
One of the two queen size beds was so worn the sleeper would roll to the center of the mattress. This left one queen size bed that was adequate for my 89-year-old mother, my sister, and myself. The lighting was so dim we could not see the room well when we were there for the first night. In the morning, when the curtains could be opened, we could see additional problems with cleanliness. There was blood on the comforter of one of the beds. there was black mold in the bathroom. The wallpaper was patched and in poor condition.
