Mala comunicación, nos tuvieron 45 min en la calle por que no aparecíamos en el sistema cuando habíamos enviado toda la información desde el momento de la reserva, no toallas cobran 10 dólares americanos por toallas,deberían ser específicos en la información, para que los huéspedes sepan y no tengan gastos extra, debe haber mejor comunicación de parte de expedía con los dueños por que expedía jamas envío la información de los huéspedes se supone que ese fue el mal entendido
