Disappointing and Dirty.
On checking in the receptionist immediately told us that the fly screen on the main balcony door was ripped, but that it would be replaced the following day - we stayed for five days and no one came to fix it.
Within half hour of getting into our apartment the air con unit on the wall was streaming water down the wall and onto the floor. The temperate was set at the temperature we were told to maintain it at. We went to report this to the lady at reception only to be told that it couldn’t be looked at that day and she handed us two towels to soak up the excess water on the floor. So we were expected to walk around towels on a slippery tiled floor.
The bathrooms were extremely run down and dirty. Toilet was dirty, mould all over the shower screens, ripped lampshade, old broken window blinds, dirty rings on surfaces.
The only good thing about this apartment was the view of the ocean.
The pool and grounds are also nice.
Definitely not a resort experience or worth its 4 star rating.
