Great location close to everything - particularly good if you are arriving by train. Friendly host and easy check-in, able to accomodate our early departure. The hot water ran out after the very first shower at night and was still not available in the morning unfortunately.

Lovely property in quiet area. But turn a corner and there are many restaurants and little bars. Excellent value for Venice. We were made feel very welcome and as we had to leave early for a flight, the owner packed us a takeaway breakfast. Wonderful touch. The room was too small which was sold as quadruple size but infact was even smaller than normal double bedroom. Extra beds provided were two small and uncomfortable. The sheets were dusty.
