Mid-trip stay in NZ
A great hotel, very convenient in the Rotorua area, we were able to go one way for the Redwood forest, and the other way to the National Kiwi Hatchery. This spot worked out well for us as we were traveling and wanted to see many different thing, nice comfortable room to come back to after long days. Very convenient to have a grocery store across the street.

Stay here! Our first trip to Rotarua from the US. We initially picked this hotel but then changed our mind for one closer to downtown. Our first night there, we realized it was a mistake but it was too late to cancel. Regardless, we popped over to Newina and booked our second evening here. Comfy beds, great tv selection, qiet rooms, heated pool. Best tissue and toliet paper quality. Milk for coffee, nothing was overlooked. Stay here!

Excellent stay.
Check in was easy. We were given some milk to take to our room. This was room 208 on the first floor, not on the side of the State highway. We slept soundly in the very comfy bed. In fact there were two large beds. The room has two hobs, microwave, crockery and cutlery, washing up stuff. It was all there and replenished each day( we stayed two nights). We had a bath, shower over it and enough room in the bathroom for toiletry bags etc. It was a good find.
