Okay.
Requested for a city view and upgrade for my daughter’s graduation celebrations.
Apparently city views were declined, and upgrade wasn't to satisfaction..

Surely - now London’s best hotel?
What an amazing experience. This was a staycation for my husband’s special birthday and boy did they deliver!
From the start - impeccable service. Even when there was a mix up on rooms, the manager quickly rectified this.
The restaurants were superb; especially The Lobby & Brooklands - outstanding Michelin star quality and staff who were very accommodating for our picky kids palates! The bar opposite brooklands was nice too - great cocktails but one of the waitresses was unnecessarily rude & unprofessional when we pointed out that she got my husband’s drink wrong!
The spa was a lovely highlight. New facilities and peaceful ambience. However, 1 of 2 of the staff were quite overbearing and imposing! Despite that however the kids had fun thanks to some helpful pool toys & colourful fruit ice lollies!
But the pies de resistance which made up for these minor issues had to be the suites - absolutely amazing - beautifully designed, spacious for central London and incredibly comfortable. Slept like a baby and the boys loved it. Room service was fab too. They also made an effort to decorate it with balloons and some treats.
Overall - amazing service & memories! Almost perfect if not for a few staff members. Will def consider coming again.
