when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv was not working. only one socket switch. then after complaining again was moved to a room .still not family no tv working everytime u open the sink water was flowing from the bottom.i had left the next morning.i contacted Expedia and told them what happened.when there had contacted the hotel. tThe manager told them a a different story. i managed to get my full refund from Expedia.the service from them was excellent.
