The SF is my go to when I visit Miami and that is about 8 days or more every three months - I really love the hotel. It is under new management and they are working out some kinks but overall it is great. The only complaint was on this trip lounge chairs were hard to come by on this visit as the hotel was at high capacity.

The only reason I rated fair in service is that yogurt was on the complimentary menu and was never available and bananas were hit or miss. Fruit had to be asked for. Upon check in the process for obtaining beach towels was confusing. Thank you!!!!
