Front desk staff very helpful on booking in and getting a local taxi booked. Room was clean and had alll the basic facilities - tea and coffee point, TV, ensuite. One thing I'd add is a security chain on the door. A good safety feature. Main downpoint was being woken at 4.15am by next door room playing very loud music. With no sign of it stopping I had to go and ask them to turn it down.

The reason for dropping down to 2 stars for this visit is that the 'hot' food for breakfast was cold for the two days we were here. I do not mean 'cool', I mean completely stone cold; cold bacon and cold scrambled eggs. I did not try anything else. On telling a member of staff they just said that they would inform the manager.
