Swimming pool depth shown 4.3ft, but was over 5ft deep - irresponsible and dangerous. Day outing was happening by big groups of bachelors, overcrowded the pools, not usable for Hotel Family Guests, is this a 5 star Hotel?? Dirty beach with animal dumps and other thrash. Very bad management, only trying to make money without thinking about Guest Experience.

Opposite of relaxation
There was a destination wedding making other guests like us feel like wedding crashers. Blaring loud gaudy music all day and night made it opposite of a relaxing gate away. If you want to make it a wedding destination resort then do not give reservations to regular guests who are looking for some relaxation time.

Property is huge and well maintained. Rooms are tad smaller and not spacious as compared to other similar properties we have stayed. Food on day 1 was cold and average. But after giving the feedback they improved the food on day 2 and 3. Their evening cooks are better than the afternoon ones. Also their charges for cab is higher. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, throughout the 3 nights when we we there, there were multiple events going on, with loud music thumping away, and huge crowds all over the hotel grounds. Excellent hotel. It has all the amenities and great location. You have restaurants inside with variety and even some music shows at night, there is also a beach club. On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. At the hotel you have a bicycle rental for 200 rupees p/h, this allows you to go out and explore the local markets. The whole area is very beautiful, you have great freedom. We really liked the hotel, at the end of our trip we changed hotels to see a different one but doing this was definitely a mistake, we should have stayed the entire time at the Holliday Inn. You should know that the staff is very friendly and the costs are affordable. we highly recommend it. Mr.&mrs. Luna
