I had booked and paid in advance but when I got there they would not let me stay because I had accidentally left my licence at home. The lady at the counter was rude and seemed to believe I was making it all up for reasons unknown. It was late, I’d driven 4 hours from Sydney and she had no problems throwing me out on the street.

Friendly service. So convenient having the pub downstairs with great food and wine. I can imagine that the shared bathroom could be problematic if there were a number of guests, but it was ok during our stay. The double bed was firm and very comfortable.
