Argentina is slowly getting ready for international tourism at the middle class level. The hotel was marked a three stars, but the building is yet to be updated to the international standards. It needs to be updated to facilitate the access for disabled or seniors, the only one elevator is small. The room was clean, the bathroom had the tiles updated, there was an air-conditioning unit in the room, no fridge, the beds were very comfortable. I was very pleased with the service, from check-in to check-out. We were requested to fill out a survey to give input regarding how can they be better. The location of the hotel is excellent, one block away from the historical house of Tucuman, and two from the main square and shopping.
Tucumanians are very friendly. We felt safe walking around. We really enjoyed our stay.
